About Spin the Wheel

Spin the Wheel is an independent, free tool for making random choices: picking names, numbers, prizes and answers with a wheel you can see. It is not a company product and there are no accounts, subscriptions or paid tiers.

The site was built because many wheel tools are cluttered with ads, ask you to sign in to save a list, or hide how the winner is chosen. Here the controls are simple, the code runs in your browser, and the method is explained on the how it works page.

Fairness is the main promise. The winner is chosen by your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and a built-in check lets you test the draw yourself. The animation is decoration and cannot change the result.

The tool collects no personal data. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, and what you type stays on your device. If you find a bug or have an idea, use the contact page.
