    About the Workout Roulette Wheel

Workout roulette takes the planning out of exercising. Spin the wheel, do what it says, then spin again. The twelve exercises use no equipment and cover legs, arms, core and cardio, so you can do them in a living room, a park or a classroom without any setup. Press Spin whenever you need the next move.

Random order keeps a workout from feeling repetitive, and it helps if you tend to skip exercises you dislike. Turn on Remove winner to work through all twelve once, or leave it off for an endless session. Edit the reps for your fitness level, and add moves like stretches or rest breaks so the wheel suits you.

    How to use it

    1. Press Spin to get an exercise and rep count.
    2. Do the exercise, then spin again.
    3. Turn on Remove winner to complete all twelve moves once.
    4. Edit the list to change reps or add rest breaks and stretches.
